Think Thin Thursday





My goal for the week is to drink at least 32 oz of water a day....I am ashamed to admit it....but I am not sure when the last time I drank ANY water was......



HORRIBLE I KNOW!

Get one of those bottles that holds that exact amount. In the morning filler up and before you know it, you'll be fillen 'er up again!

That's my goal for this week. I hope I can do it. I do like Cindy's idea of getting a bottle that holds the right amount and filling it in the morning.

Water...that's KEY! But I don't nearly drink enough. I will think thin as I work out today. I've blown all week off! UGH!

I actually started drinking more water...ive always like water, in fact i tend to crave it. But recently I went through a period of soda...I went back to water and I find that I really do feel better when I drink more water...though it is really annoying when you first start back to drinking water and you have to pee continually!

Good luck with the water...I've almost given up my Diet Coke and I've had a terrible headache all week!!!

I am one of those people too. I would drink anything but water. Soda, juice, tea, coffee...

Good luck! I use a 32oz bottle each day and try to drink it twice. I'm good about drinking 32oz at work but that's usually when it falls apart. This week I've been really good though about getting 64oz. You can do it!

I consider myself to be a liquaholic in that I drink a lot of liquid. I used to have a 32oz cup that I carried around with me in college that I filled between classes.

I am not a water drinker, never have been except when I was prego and they forced me to. LOL! I wish you all the luck in the world that you meet your goal this week.

My dirnk of choice is water. If I were you I would like Cindy suggests, buy a bottle that holds 32oz. and fill it up at night and put it in the fridge so that it is nice and cold. My hubby finds it eaiser to drink (he's like you) if it's nice and cold.

HI Angie!! Thanks for stopping by! :) You can do it, girl!!! What I do to make it easier for me (although I'm naturally a water-drinker) is to make a big batch of Crystal Light. I mean, it's all water, but it tastes like Kool-Aid, so you can't go wrong! I probably drink one gallon every two days! There are so many yummy flavors! GL with your goal!

I love water, which is a good thing since it is the only way for me to save calories. LOL
Dont feel bad, just try to increase what you drink a little every couple of days.

Good for you! Water is so important. I agree with Cindy that you should get a water bottle with the amount on it...that way you'll know when you've accomplished your goal!

I despise water and I have a really hard time drinking it. It's easier when I put sugar-free Kool-ade in it.

When I do drink it, I do notice that my skin looks good. So that's always a bonus.

Hi! Just found your blog through my follower list- how cool- didn't even know I had that!

Crazy as it sounds, it might be the water that makes you not want to drink it- there is a distinct difference between tap water, filtered water, and even between bottled water. SEVERAL times, I have had hubby return cases of bottled water as I only like Dasani (I know, weird!). Then when he gets it right I end up drinking like 10 bottles a day and seemingly right before bed...

I like the bottle of water idea too! I like water...but I've been on a soda kick lately and I need to get back onto water..... Good luck!!!! Once you do it for awhile it will become habit hopefully.

water my ass...we split a bottle of red wine last night gabbing!! lmao....

yeah...water with 2 tylenol this morning :) Seriously though, I do love water, my son got us a Pur water purifier and it's so awesome to actually want to drink from the tap instead of buying so much bottled water!
